OSF would like to give special recognition and thanks to the Steiner Foundation
for their annual yearly scholarship award to an Oroville High School graduate.

David and Patricia Steiner established The Steiner Foundation, a private foundation located in Gig Harbor, Washington, in 1999. One of its pursuits is to support higher education. Along with the customary criteria of GPA, character, and integrity, the scholarship committee has to consider these specifications: 1. awarded to a student majoring in science or mathematics (STEM) and 2. attendance at a traditional four year college or university. Since 2000 it has awarded scholarships to Okanogan County seniors continuing their post-secondary education in STEM related studies.
